Return/Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the original delivery date (i.e. when your item was marked delivered, not your purchase date). Items must meet the following criteria to be returnable:

  • Item(s) are in brand new condition (i.e. no worn or damaged items, or products missing parts not due to our error)
  • Item(s) were not marked final sale
  • Item(s) were delivered within 14 days of today's date

Please note that we do not accept returns for final sale items. This includes stickers, socks, grab bags, intimate items. 



RETURN POLICY

When items are returned within a 14 day period, Mugi Mart will issue a gift card containing store credit valued at the items originally purchased (not including tax, fees, or shipping cost) to the customer. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds for items returned after this 2-week window. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

RETURN PROCESSING TIMES

Returns will be processed within 7 business days of being marked delivered. Once your return is received and approved, we will issue you a Mugi Mart gift card through the email you used to contact support.

HOW TO START A RETURN: 

1) First, please reply to your confirmation email and precise the item(s) that you’d like to return from that order.

2) Once given confirmation, pack the items you wish to return with a note stating your original order number.

3) Mail your return to the following return address:

ITEMS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS 

  • Socks, stickers, intimate clothing (underwear)
  • Any grab bags or mystery bags
  • Any items not in original condition (i.e. worn or damaged items, items missing parts not due to our error)
  • Any items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Any items specified as final sale

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your package is inspected and approved, we will send you a return confirmation by email. Along with that email, we will also send you a Mugi Mart gift card containing store credit valued at the items originally purchased (not including tax, fees, or shipping cost). Shipping costs and extra fees are nonrefundable.

Please consider using a traceable shipping method (with tracking) or purchasing shipping insurance when mailing items over $75. If your return package is untracked and gets lost, no store credit will be issued.

RETURN SHIPPING 

Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using Pirate Ship for discounts on shipping and ease of tracking. 



EXCHANGES

Because our items are limited edition, we are unable to offer exchanges. 

RETURN/REFUND ISSUES (IF APPLICABLE) 

If there is no response from Mugi Mart within 7 days of the return package being marked as delivered, please contact Mugi Mart through the thread used to initiate the return. We thank you for your patience!
