When is your next drop?
Partnered collaborations will be announced at the discretion of the creator, and collection drops will be announced a week prior to the actual drop date.
Is an item I’m interested in going to be restocked?
All projects are produced in limited quantities. Most of our products are retired once they sell out, because Mugi Mart strives to release unique products from a variety of different creators. Should there be a demand, creators may release a second collection.
We do restock in some cases of returns, and they will be restocked without notice.
What do you plan on making in the future?
We work with each creator to make something they're happy to provide to their community. Depending on what the creator wants, we are open to making anything ranging within our manufacturing capabilities. Let us know who you think we should collaborate with!
Do you plan to expand your size offerings?
Mugi Mart tries to accommodate as many size offerings as possible, but due to the difference in manufactures, we ask that you please check our size chat for each apparel item.
Can I resell your items?
Absolutely, if something doesn’t fit you or you just don’t like it, you are more than welcome to! We only ask that you don’t resell for profit.—we want everyone to get a fair chance at buying and enjoying our items.
How do you choose creators to work with?
Mugi Mart typically works with creators who Mugi knows personally, but is open to working with all types of creators! If you think you're a good fit, feel free to email us at mugimart.help@gmail.com!
Can I use the art on your site for my own non-profit purposes?
Art used in Mugi Mart is under the commercial right of our partners and collaborative artists. They are under individual license and not available for use otherwise.
Are you accepting modeling requests?
Currently we are not accepting modeling request.
